These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pawags.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. Pawags is based in Sevilla, Spain. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without prior notice.
- We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; slight variations between photos and the item you receive may occur.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted — we may cancel or refuse any order, for example in case of a pricing error or stock issue, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (such as Stripe); we do not store your full card details.
